This recently renovated 3 bed, 3 bath condo is in a fantastic location, positioned in the centrally-located Reunion Resort community of Centre Court Ridge which has a playground, volleyball court. It is also only a short walk away from the Seven Eagles pool, and “The Cove” bar and grille. It is also in close proximity to the Reunion Grande hotel and clubhouse along with its selection of restaurants and bars.
The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel kitchen appliances, granite countertops as well as additional seating at the breakfast bar for 4. Enjoy lunch, dinner, or a mid-day snack at the dining table that has seating for 4. Walk into the open-planned living room that includes a large flat-screen TV, and plenty of seating that allows everyone to gather together and spend quality time. This condo offers a beautiful view of the Reunion Resort with an expanse of sliding glass doors. Step out the sliding glass doors from the living room and you will find yourself out on your private, covered balcony that has a table for 6 where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee.
The cozy ensuite king master bedroom has a flat-screen TV, private entrance onto the balcony. The bathroom includes a tub and a separate stand-up shower. The second bedroom has a king bedroom and bathroom with a tub/shower bathroom. You will find a surf-themed bedroom with 2 full beds and a flat-screen TV and two separate closets.
